Global experience fueled with local knowledge

There is an old saying "if you can't measure it ; you can't manage it"

Global Infrastructure Surveys specialize in providing the measuring to help manage our environment. We do this by providing surveying and mapping services to build and maintain the infrastructure necessary to support our communities and to assist with land management on farms, forests, reserves and waterways.

Some of our achievements to date include working on:

  • the southern hemisphere's most expensive construction projects - Brisbane's Airport Link and Clem 7.
  • habitable floor mapping for CHRC Emerald - world first for mobile laser mapping.
  • the largest Australian gas gathering project and one of the world's most logistically challenging.
  • Auckland - Causeway Project and SH16 Lincoln to Westgate.
  • the Auckland Central Interceptor - Grey Lynn to Mangere WWTP.

We have used a variety of technologies including UAV/drone, GPS/GNSS, mobile mapping, laser scanning, LiDAR, machine guidance and robotics to collect and set-out spatial information. We are continuing to innovate to improve our efficiency and to bring additional  services to our clients.
